Filed under: Company news — Jonathan Raper @ 9:44 pm

It was announced today that Jonathan is to join Mayor Boris Johnson’s Digital Advisory Board at its inauguration. This Board is influential in the digital policy development process at the Greater London Authority, which was one of the first in the World to create an open data repository for city data of all kinds (called the London Datastore). Placr have contributed to the work of the Datastore by developing datasets and tools for developers to access open data releases, which are often very large and complex data sets.
